Resources

We all can use support at some point, and sometimes that support can be different for people. Sunlight’s Resources are to support people who may not feel ready to speak to someone straight away. It offers articles, videos, and trusted resources for people experiencing mental health distress or crisis, including suicidal thoughts and self-harm, as well as family and friends wanting to better understand how to support someone they care about.
