Sunlight Centre Training
For your Workplace

Is your organisation truly psychosocially safe?

The reality is most Queensland workplaces are not, and the data shows many are exposed to a rapidly growing risk that costs 3x more, keeps workers off 4–5x longer, and quietly disrupts teams, budgets, and outcomes without warning.

Workplace Risk is Changing Fast

  • Mental health claims now cost 3x more than physical injuries
→ yet most businesses still treat psychosocial risk as secondary
  • Mental health claims keep workers off 4–5x longer
→ months, not weeks, draining productivity and resources
  • Only ~73% return to work vs ~93% for physical injuries
→ more long-term gaps, more lost capability, more pressure on teams
  • Just ~12% of claims… but driving up to ~38% of total costs
→ a disproportionate financial burden most leaders underestimate

The Sunlight Centre bridges the gap between compliance and real capability. Our expert-designed and clinically led workplace mental health training equips your team with practical, real-world skills, not just theory, delivered either on-site or at our training facility. We focus on both the Organisational and Personal filters, ensuring your leaders meet WHS policy and legislative expectations, while your people leave with tools they can actually use in real conversations, real incidents, and real pressure situations. The result: confidence at every level of your organisation with management knowing their obligations are met, and teams feeling genuinely supported, not just compliant.
